RECIPE (no-bake, GF, DF, RSF):
1/4 cup blue nut butter
3 tbsp coconut flour
7 tbsp shredded coconut (+ more for rolling at the end)
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp melted coconut oil (for rolling at the end)
mix together @butterflysuperfood blue dream, coconut flour, shredded coconut, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix well until combined. place this in the freezer for 15 minutes, then bring out and use your hands to form 7 even balls. place these in the freezer for 20 minutes on a parchment paper covered small cutting board or plate. while they’re freezing, melt the coconut oil in the microwave or stovetop. bring the balls out of the freezer, roll in the melted coconut oil then in a bowl of shredded coconut to coat. do this for all of them, then place back in the freezer for 10 minutes. enjoy or store in the fridge!
