INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup oat flour
- ½ cup oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp your favorite chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp Butterfly Chocolate Reishi Nut Butter
- ½ cup walnuts, macadamia nuts or cashews
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend ingredients until smooth. Scoop 2 tbsp-sized balls with a spoon or ice cream scoop and roll them into balls. Arrange protein balls on a sheet tray and chill or freeze. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
