Choco Protein Balls

  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp your favorite chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Butterfly Chocolate Reishi Nut Butter
  • ½ cup walnuts, macadamia nuts or cashews
  • ¼ cup non-dairy milk


Blend ingredients until smooth. Scoop 2 tbsp-sized balls with a spoon or ice cream scoop and roll them into balls. Arrange protein balls on a sheet tray and chill or freeze. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
