INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Cinnamon Vanilla Nut Butter
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup raisins
- salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients, and roll dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly and bake for about 18 minutes. Top with a smear of nut butter.
