Baked Sweet Potato with Cinnamon Vanilla Nut Butte

1 medium size sweet potato
2 tbsps Cinnamon Vanilla Nut Butter
Preheat the oven to 400℉, poke holes in the sweet potato with a fork, bake the sweet potato until tender (45 - 60 minutes), let cool, split the sweet potato lengthwise and add Cinnamon Vanilla Nut Butter. Voila! Snack time.
The more nut butters the merrier!
